Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Silex website, public data, account features and project-submission services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Silex, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The platform

Silex provides editorial project discovery, public listing states, verification indicators, market context and community signals relating to cryptoassets. Silex is not an exchange, broker, wallet, financial adviser or security auditor.

Silex does not currently issue or offer a Silex token, token sale, staking service or token-based return.

3. Accounts and authentication

Available account features use supported third-party identity providers such as Discord or Google. Silex does not provide password-based login. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your provider account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect Silex, its users or the integrity of editorial and administrative systems.

4. Listings, verification and submissions

A public listing means only that Silex has placed a record in its public listed state. Listing approval, contract verification and project verification are separate decisions. None is an investment endorsement, guarantee of legitimacy or prediction of performance.

If you submit project information, you confirm that you are permitted to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading. Silex may review, reject, hide, correct or delist records in accordance with its editorial process.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, administrative tools, systems or data;
  • submit fraudulent, unlawful, infringing or deliberately misleading content;
  • manipulate votes, rankings, usage limits or security controls;
  • interfere with service availability or introduce malicious code;
  • use Silex in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

6. Third-party data and services

Silex may display information obtained from blockchains, market-data providers, project websites, community submissions and other third parties. External links, identity providers and embedded market tools operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. You are responsible for independently checking contracts, prices, liquidity and project claims.

7. Risk, availability and liability

Cryptoassets are volatile and high risk. Silex content is general information only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silex is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Silex is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on public information, third-party services or cryptoasset activity, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

Silex branding, interface design and original site content are owned by or licensed to Silex. Third-party project names, logos and data remain the property of their respective owners. You may not misuse Silex branding or reproduce protected content except as permitted by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Silex and may update these terms. Material revisions will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Current operator contact channels are published through the official Silex community destination in the shared footer.
