Our first weekly check-in: what launched, what we’re stepping back from, and what comes next.

💀 Ember Reapers: one week live Seven days ago, we launched the Ember Reapers NFT collection on Mintpad — 240 Reapers in total. 11 Reapers sold during Phase 1, generating 550 CRO in gross sales. Thank you to everyone who picked one up and supported the collection early. Phase 2 is now live.

🎯 A clearer focus for Ember EmberSwap and the trading terminal have been shelved. With strong products like WolfSwap and Obsidian Swap already serving the ecosystem, we don’t believe building competing versions is the right use of our time and resources. Rather than trying to offer everything, we’re choosing to focus on what gives Ember its own purpose. Being transparent also means explaining what we stop working on... and why.

🗳️ The first steps toward Ember governance Work has started on the Ember governance portal. The goal is to give the community a meaningful voice in Ember’s direction, rather than having every decision come from us. Development is still at an early stage. More information about proposals, participation, and how it will work will follow as the structure takes shape. The community should be the voice of Ember. Thank you for being part of it. 🔥
